We will be participating in National Red Ribbon Week, starting on Monday, October 24th. Red Ribbon Week is an alcohol, tobacco, and other drug and violence prevention awareness campaign observed annually in October. The focus is to educate students on the dangers of drugs and to encourage them to focus on their education. The theme for the week will be “Celebrate Life. Live Drug Free!”. Students will be able to participate in activities and drug-free themed days for the entire week. Please click for more information.

In an effort to prevent the spread of Covid-19, CAL is offering a free Covid-19 testing program for students and staff at our school. Testing is free and will occur weekly. We would like for you parents to bring your child either Monday, August 8th (9AM-12PM) or Tuesday, August 9th (12PM-3PM) to test with our covid company so we can receive results for their return to school. The CAL Lunch Program would like to invite you to join us Saturday, August 13, 2022 from 12PM to 3PM for our Annual BBQ on CAL's Campus! We will be assisting parents with the lunch application and a tasty meal will be provided courtesy of School Nutrition Plus. New enrollments are welcomed! See you Saturday!

In Celebration of National Reading Month, CAL has invited Guest Readers to visit our school! This Wednesday, March 2, Guest Readers will read aloud to our students in their classrooms!
