These are challenging and unprecedented times. The entire world is experiencing a "new normal" and none of us are immune to the shock Covid-19 is taking us through at the moment. It's for this very reason that we should take time throughout our day to ease our and our students'  minds. Many of us are stressed out and overwhelmed by the sudden and abrupt transition from our normal routines. 
Here are a few video clips to help you establish a daily meditation practice. Please consider doing yourself a favor by spending at least 10 minutes per day (if you can) breathing, reflecting, listening, allowing your mind to freely explore itself. Meditation is a practice that allows us to feel a sense of peace amidst the chaos that surrounds us.
