The IT Help Desk provides the campus community with friendly one-on-one technical assistance, supporting campus email; network, wireless and Internet access; telecommunications and more. Our home page is designed to provide 24-hour access to the self-service tools and self-help quick tips that assist students, faculty and staff in solving common issues.
IT Requests: In an effort to be more effective, John De Leon has provided us with a more a real-time process for requesting IT support. He has an e-ticketing system that he uses at other schools that has proven successful.
For anyone needing services, please email requests to email@example.com from your @ centeradvancedlearning.org account. This way, there is interaction between us and the teachers plus service requests are tracked. John will be able to respond to your email if there is a simple or quick fix that does not require his presence.
